This research is motivated by the lack of using media in primary schools of the writing narrative texts learning on the subjects of Indonesian, so that researcher try to use images series media as a tool for learning writing narrative text. The results of the pretest showed a lack of narrative text writing skills of the student. It be proved by scoring of student answers was under of average, so it still cannot reach the standard. It was seen that there were obstacles in writing narrative texts. Thus, the purpose of this study are: to know the results of writing narrative text of the students before using media and after using series image media to find out whether media of series image can improve narrative text writing skills in elementary schools or not. The population and sample of this study were 15 students of fourth grade elementary school students. The research used research method with Pre-Experimental Design Type One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The technique for collecting data used subjective test that contains assignment questions within form steps for writing non-fiction narrative texts. The data analysis used quantitative data analysis with helped by Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS V.25 program. The results showed Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <0.05. There for, these results showed there was influence significantly. And it can be stated the use of image media can improve the ability to write non-fiction narrative text of students in elementary schools.
