Abstract

The aim of this paper is analysis of NDIR carbon dioxide sensor response time. The NDIR sensor is part of chemical sensor system designed for mobile robot PIAP-GRYF made by Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurement PIAP. This paper presents analysis of response time of an CO2 Engine K30 NDIR sensor, manufactured by SenseAir, both as the analog voltage signal and digital text output. This will help to determine the time inertia of sensor in presence of a rapid concentration increase of carbon dioxide.
