Abstract

The paper pays enough attention to the various external factors that have a direct impact on the activities of the organization as an economic system, and the ability of decision-making while managing it. In particular, the authors discuss one of the most important factors - the emergence of legal and regulatory requirements for the organization of activities in the field of human resources management. As a possible solution to this problem the management decision-making algorithm is proposed and the sequence of its use described. In this article the authors examine the challenges development and application of control theory to search for optimal control problems with respect to the elements of the national economic system. The authors suggest possible areas of improvement and management decision-making mechanisms in economic systems in order to ensure their effective functioning.
