When we are busy or stressed, we make bad decisions. There is panic, confusion, and indecision. Who is in charge? What do we do? Who do we call? This kind of disorder can magnify impacts and turn a bad situation into a disaster. However, if you remember the assume breach principle, then you know incidents are inevitable and you can be ready.
