Abstract

Businesses must be able to customise their services in order to compete in the global economy. An intelligent Multi-Agent has been implemented to perform dynamic scheduling and data gathering, data analysis and recommendation. We present an application involving an Airline Ticketing System which allows customisation of an Agent Inference Model. Data analysis is performed through a decision-making process by representing factors in a knowledge-base derived from the agent model. The paper focuses on the capture, representation and interpretation of the knowledge-base. © Springer-Verlag 2003.
