Along with its development, the palm oil industry is always associated with the issue of environmental damage. First, the palm oil industry is associated with the loss of biodiversity, pollution, forest fires and increased greenhouse gas emissions. Second, the palm oil industry also faces various issues related to increasingly complex technological, economic, social, environmental and governance issues. The palm oil industry must be managed sustainably. Sustainable organizational performance is strongly influenced by the human resources involved, in this case, talented human resources. To optimize the implementation of talent management in oil palm companies, companies need to ensure that the implementation of talent management can accommodate the needs of employees. It is important for companies to look for improvements that companies can make to achieve sustainability performance. By looking at the urgency of implementing talent management to achieve organizational sustainability performance, through this study the authors wanted to find out whether the implementation of talent management in the palm oil industry has an effect and contributes to sustainability performance and whether environmentally friendly behavior strengthens the influence of talent management on the sustainability performance of the palm oil industry in Indonesia. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Talent Management has a significant effect on the sustainability performance of the palm oil industry in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Green Behavior significantly moderates the influence of Talent Management on Sustainability Performance.
