Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze a mathematical model of tumor with chemotherapy and to present numerical verification of the derived result. There are four classes in the model, namely tumor cells, immune cells which is divided by active CTL cells and helper T cells, and chemotherapy drug. There are three kinds equilibrium point: tumor free, tumor persistent, and coexisting equilibrium. The dynamical behaviour of our system by analysing the existence and stability of the system at each equilibrium is discussed. The dynamical behaviour of the model is also numerically verified.
