Abstract

The existing fire protection safety management systems are difficult to expect an efficient rescue, because the rescuers cannot confirm the status information of evacuees. They just provide fire and evacuation information. Therefore, this paper suggests a vision based real-time fire evacuees' state information verification system through inputted images from CCTV in the building. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
