Becoming an Entrepreneur – Epilog

Abstract

On the one hand the here collected contributions give an overview of the state of the art in entrepreneurship research, on the other hand they represent signs and hints, that “becoming an entrepreneur” is not an easy endeavor at all! Although there exists a quite fruitful amount of literature from various disciplines with multiple and often contradictory results, we are still in need of a more holistic and deeper understanding of entrepreneurship education and of the knowledge of how to develop entrepreneurial competence.
