Abstract

Exploration has shown anomalously high Cu-Ag contents in the Spessart-Rhon and Richelsdorf areas, where there are strong similarities to the deposits in Poland. The relationships between grade of mineralization, spatial distribution of metals and minerals, palaeogeography and the occurrence of 'Rote Faule' in drill holes is discussed. -R.E.S.
