Abstract

(from the chapter) examines the past decade of research on procedural justice; our goal in that examination is to discuss the major issues which have been of concern to procedural justice researchers; explores recent developments in the procedural justice field which suggest the issues that will dominate procedural justice research in the future; in considering both of these questions, we focus most heavily on issues of procedural justice within legal institutions
