Abstract

In this article the author describes his experience in introducing fact orientation including high level business process descriptions, structured concept definitions, and operational level business process descriptions from which to generate the web application, in a project that is set up to develop a new contract administration for consumer credit in an international environment. This was done by dividing the TO-BE processes into a number of iterations. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2007.
