Frame-based dialogue management automated error recovery approach

Abstract

This paper focuses on our recent work in frame-based dialogue management. Despite frames are frequently used in commercial speech applications, they lack enough automation for error recovery within a dialogue. In this paper we present and demonstrate our mechanism that fills this gap by automatically tracking and managing the dialogue flow causality. © 2010 Springer-Verlag.
