Abstract

The author analyzes the problem of truth and justice in the framework of the philosophy of law. Intentions are revealed the concept of justice in the history of philosophical, political and legal thought as an equality, inequality and fairness. The author's definition of social justice as a value, assuming the most common single assessment of real social relations, existing social norms and practices for their implementation.
