Abstract

In this paper a framework for updating the load and resistance properties of a partly failed timber construction based on different kind of information is presented. That includes information available, such as the resistance of the failed member(s) or the results of destructive and non-destructive measurements. In accordance to the type of information different updating methods are presented. The application of the framework is exemplary illustrated on the case study. © RILEM 2014.
