Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid expansion of higher education enrollment in China, college enrollment across the country has entered the popular stage. To ensure the development in an all-round way, i.e., morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically. Learning early warning mechanisms is imminent. This paper mainly focuses on three ways. Firstly, learn the significance of the establishment of early warning mechanism. Secondly, learn the methods of early warning mechanisms. Thirdly, note something important that several issues were discussed in three areas studied. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH Berlin Heidelberg.
