Abstract

The patient and surgical site were identified and marked. We confirmed that a bowel prep had been completed the night prior to surgery. The patient then underwent anesthesia per the anesthesia team. The patient was positioned in the supine position on a fluoroscopically compatible operating table. Intravenous antibiotics were administered.
