Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe, from the theoretical and methodological framework of the systemic functional grammar, the lexico-grammatical realization of the congruent models used to linguistically construct the representation of experience. This involves the identification and characterization of the realizing configurations, according to range scales, axis, delicacy, continuum of the lexicogrammar and probability of occurrence. For the latter characterization, a micro-corpus of child speech, collected from spontaneous speech, is used as observation context, under the assumption that this is the context in which the most congruent forms of interaction appear. The results, which constitute part of a larger project (FONDECYT 1121082), are presented in each of the core functions of the structure of the clause as representation, that is, participants and process and reviewing, in this context, the relationship to each of the six models representing linguistic experience: material, behavioral, mental, verbal, relational and existential.
