Abstract

At present, retail and wholesale enterprises operate in the conditions of fierce competition in the market of goods and services, the rapid growth of retail chains, and the crisis in the economy. Under these conditions, one of the most important areas for the effective functioning of retail and wholesale trade is the improvement of business processes, which will improve the volume and quality indicators of organizations, and will help increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the system as a whole. To solve this problem, the article discusses issues - identifying the main business processes of the enterprise and identifying the most problematic among them in order to improve them in the future. In order to solve the tasks set, the article proposes the use of fuzzy set theory, which allows taking into account the experience and intuition of managers and the management of the enterprise in order to qualitatively assess the priority of business processes and draw up a plan for their improvement.
