Abstract

This chapter explores the various reasons why doing stress management interventions are diffi cult to design and evaluate. Nevertheless, it is very important for the fi eld of occupational stress to engage in interventions and evaluate their effectiveness if the research on workplace wellbeing is to be translated into positive action.
