Abstract

In times of explosion of information, rapid and timely access to information must be provided. The Indian telecommunications industry is one of the world’s fastest growing telecommunications markets. Service providers were key drivers in the telecommunications industry; 4G. This research focuses on consumer preferences and their degree of satisfaction for 4 G mobile service providers in India. The current study has included 4 G mobile providers from various providers of mobile services, including Jio, Airtel, Vodafone and Idea The findings of the study show that calling tariffs followed by network coverage and brand image are the factor that drives consumers to purchase certain 4 G mobile services. The study also shows that most participants were pleased that their 4 G mobile providers provide value added products. The findings obtained from this report would enable mobile providers determine and execute their sales strategy to market the 4 G mobile services. The outcomes will be beneficial.
