Peran Pemerintah Indonesia dan Taiwan dalam Menanggulangi Kasus Pekerja Migran Indonesia “Kaburan”

Abstract

This research aims to find the reason behind why the Indonesian migrant workers runaways Indonesian migrant workers and able to prevent and solve the case of runaway Indonesian migrant workers. This research is descriptive with juridical normative research by using primary and secondary data through statute approach. The interview technique used is to of Indonesia and Taiwan governments to tackle and prevent the case of runaway Indonesian migrant workers is still lacking, then, they need an empirical roadmap to mitigate such cases.
