The mice (CF1) were used for the experiment. The immunopotentiating action of BCG was estimated by the immunologic response to the sheep red blood cells. The delayed hypersensitivity was evaluated by the foot pad reaction and a hemagglutination test and a hemolytic plaque test were used to assay the humoral immune response. © 1977, JAPANESE SOCIETY FOR TUBERCULOSIS.
