PENGARUH KUALITAS APLIKASI SIKEPPO DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN BANYUANYAR KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Aplikasi SiKeppo dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah 17 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka beberapa pokok kesimpulan penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut :Dalam hal ini jika dikaitkan dengan kajian kuisioner yang mana masih ada dari pengisi kuisioner (beberapa pegawai) yang kurang setuju dalam penggunaan aplikasi sikeppo. Beberapa pegawai masih merasa kurang setuju jika aplikasi sikeppo dapat menangani cepat jika terjadi kesalahan. Alasannya karna terkadang jika menggunakan aplikasi ini ketika terjadi kesalahan baik dengan caranya maupun syaratnya, hal itu masih akan di proses dengan waktu yang cukup lama yaitu kurang lebih 40 menit sampai 60 menit, dengan begitu akhirnya karyawan kesulitan untuk mengabsen. Selain itu ada beberapa dari pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Banyuanyar kurang setuju jika aplikasi SiKeppo membantu kehadiran pegawai. Alasannya karna beberapa dari pegawai juga bermasalah dengan sistem jaringan internet yang kurang stabil yang akhirnya pegawai dikatakan tidak hadir. Namun untuk kualitas lainnya dari aplikasi SiKeppo ini menurut pegawai Kecamatan Banyuanyar sudah baik dan berharap kedepannya semua sistem bisa lebih baik dan lebih layak untuk digunakan. This research aims to determine the effect of the quality of the SiKeppo application in increasing discipline on employee performance at the Banyuanyar sub-district office, Probolinggo district. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. The object of this research is 77 people. Based on the results of the research and discussion, some of the main conclusions of the research can be explained as follows: In this case, if it is related to the study of the existing questionnaire, the questionnaire fillers (several employees) do not agree in using the Sikeppo application. Some employees still disagree if the Sikeppo application can handle things quickly if something goes wrong. The reason is because sometimes if you use this application when something goes wrong with both the method and the conditions, it will still be processed in quite a long time, which is approximately 40 minutes to 60 minutes, so that in the end it is difficult for employees to take attendance. In addition, there are several employees at the sub-district office banyuanyar disagrees if the sikeppo application helps employee attendance. The reason is because some of the employees also have problems with the unstable internet network system which in the end the employees are said to be absent. However, for other qualities of the Sikeppo application, according to Banyuanyar sub-district employees, it is already good and hope that in the future all systems can be more and more suitable for use.
