Keywords: teaching materials; tahsin al-quran; tajwid; an-nahdliyah methods. The main objective of this research is to develop teaching materials based on Nahdliyah-based Tahsinul Qiro'ah to improve the al-Qur'an reading skills among students at IAIM NU Metro Lampung. This type of research is a development model that refers to the R & D method of the Akker model. The development procedure includes the preliminary stage and the formative test phase which consists of self-test, expert test, one-on-one test, small class test and field test. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis using triangulation, data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that the results of the affective (skills) and cognitive post-test students used the Tahsinul Qiro'ah module to improve the Al-Nahdliyah method-based reading skills resulting in findings that students' cognitive outcomes in the tajwid field were better than the results of their practice , where the 3.0% cognitive average value in the category managed to master the material well. While the average value of skills aspects of 2.4% indicates that students are quite good. Abstrak: Kata Kunci: bahan ajar; tahsin al-quran; tajwid; metode nahdliyah.
