This chapter deliberates on the way a thesis might be organized when it involves food, education, and sociology. It explores the following research question: what is an appropriate structure for reporting a study of food experiences and food education programmes in three different primary schools, following a Foucauldian analysis of discourse, power and knowledge, and adopting an ethnographic methodology?.
