Just a few years ago, vaginal rejuvenation procedures were not even mentioned on the global aesthetic plastic surgery statistics; today, they show the highest increase, 56{\%} in 2016 and 24{\%} in 2017, when compared with the rest of aesthetic plastic surgery procedures. Although it is a clear patient trend and as surgeons we want to be innovative offering what is new out there for our patients, never forget why we are here on the first place to better serve our patients and to enhance their quality of life, so never fall in the trap of thinking that just a non-surgical device is the answer; you need to carefully listen to your patients and learn the right assessment to be able to deliver the best treatment plan to each of your patients. Assessment is the key when offering genital and vaginal rejuvenation procedures; remember in aesthetic plastic surgery, the vagina is no different; we do not do molds; we are sculptors of the human body.
