Abstract

Israel’s experience with counter-terrorism (CT) has evolved in the context of a conflict with the Palestinians. Israel has developed a complex legal and institutional design to respond to the threat. Israel employs many tactics that are meant to serve its CT strategy of deterring terrorism.
