Reducing the effects of Doppler radar ambiguities.

Abstract

A variable two-PRT (pulse repetition time) system and the associated software are used to range de-alias Doppler velocity displays in real time. Velocity aliasing is reduced by subtracting the radial component of the environmental wind.
