Abstract

Endovascular treatment of carotid artery stenosis for the prevention of thromboembolic events has evolved and matured over the past two decades, along with the devices and approaches to performing this procedure safely and effectively. Subclavian disease continues to have a mix of open and endovascular options for obstructions of various etiologies, and this chapter highlights the endovascular approaches to the treatment of subclavian disease.
