The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes in thematic learning of the fifth grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Banjarsari. The purpose of research is to improve student learning outcomes by implementation of quantum learning model. Type of research method was classroom action research implemented in two cycles that consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class V MI Muhammadiyah Banjarsari with a total of 20 students. Data was collected by test technique. The instrument of data collection used instrument test. The techniques of analyse used qualitative and quantitative analyse. The results of this study indicate that the application of the quantum learning model in thematic learning can improve student learning outcomes in class V MI Muhammadiyah Banjarsari each cycle. In the first cycle the average value of student learning outcomes is 70.08 with a completeness percentage of 65.00%. Then in the second cycle the average value of student learning outcomes increased to 88.50 with a mastery percentage of 85.00%. The results of this study can be a suggestion for teachers and schools to continue to vary the science learning with appropriate models, especially quantum learning, so as to increase student learning outcomes.
