Abstract

Expressive leadership is fundamental to intellect performance. They’re the most important part of anorganization’s success or failure. This study shows the relationship between Leadership Effectivenessas demonstrated by individuals in the work position with a primary objective to study and investigate therelationship between Emotional Intelligence (Self-Awareness, Self-Driven Motivation, IntellectualStimulation, and Interpersonal Skills) and Employee Turnover in the Banking Sector of Pakistan. Asample of 166 spearheads was collected through the questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale tomeasure the data. The PLS smart has been used to analyze the data. The results of the study showedthat Emotional Intelligence factors and Employee Turnover have an affirmative and constructiverelationship with Leadership Effectiveness.
