Abstract

The evaluation system of real estate website has been studied and it shows that there are still many drawbacks that lead to inaccurate evaluation information and affect the decision of house buyers. Therefore, the thesis employs the Grey Linguistic Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (GLMCDM) Model to improve the evaluation system of real estate website. By establishing the Grey Linguistic Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (GLMCDM) Model, customers' evaluation information is analyzed, then the proper apartments can be recommended to house buyers on the basis of their information. Finally, the feasibility of the model is proved by calculation. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2013.
