Abstract

We sketch the vision of a ubiquitous service bus that will be the base for hosting and accessing services everywhere. The utility model for using IT artifacts is implied. Applications on top of the service bus will be centered on business processes and will be adaptive in multiple dimensions. The ubiquitous service bus will change the way we think about information technology. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2005.
