Background: The COVID-19 disease, which spreads massively, has more or less influence in various fields, especially health. Pregnant women during pregnancy check-ups at this time feel afraid and choose to postpone their appointments. This has led to discrepancies in the number of antenatal visits during the COVID-19 pandemic. The provision of virtual antenatal care services that are integrated into a non-virtual direct visit schedule is preferred and chosen by pregnant women because the risk of exposure to COVID-19 is low. Objective: To analyze differences in adherence to Antenatal Care visits through Virtual and Non-Virtual programs for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research Question: Are there differences in adherence to antenatal care visits through Virtual and Non Virtual pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic?. Hypothesis: There are differences in adherence to virtual and non-virtual antenatal care visits for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This study uses a systematic review method and meta-analysis. Literature search through PubMed, Science Direct, PMC, SagePub, MedRxiv, BMJ, JamaNetwork, and Wiley databases assessed using CASP. 6 articles were eligible for the assessment and 4 articles were included in the data analysis. Data analysis using Open Meta-Analysis software. Results: Meta-analysis showed differences in adherence to antenatal care telehealth visits with Summary Odds Ratio 1.309 95%IC (0.845-2.026), I2 = 96.78%, and p-value <0.001 with Random Effect Model. Conclusion: The provision of antenatal care with the virtual method has differences in the number of compliance visits by pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, given the importance of physical and laboratory examinations, telehealth is needed to increase ANC visits but does not replace non-virtual ANC.
