The aim of this work is to design a management model that can cope with three major events affecting the company today: the scientific and technological explosion, globalization of markets and the existence of revolutionary technologies for communication, collaboration and integration, in particular the development of the Internet. The result is CIACO-RED model, whose components are: the skills to identify opportunities and threats of the company, identifying the requirements of the new customers we serve, ongoing collective learning and knowledge networks and global virtual.
