Abstract

Tadakfil, a type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor, is a new and effective therapy for erectile dysfunction. It has unique pharmacokinetic properties in its drug class, which also includes sildenafil and vardenafil. It is also well tolerated with few side-effects, and can be used in difficult patients such as neuropaths or diabetics. © 2005 Blackwell Publishing Ltd.
