This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class XI MIPA 3 students in the 2018/2019 academic year in the matter of reaction rates using the NHT (Numbered Head Together) learning model. The form of research used is classroom action research. The variables of this study include action variables and hope variables. The variables of this study include action variables and hope variables. The action variable is the use of the NHT (Numbered Head Together) learning model, while the expectation variable is the increased learning outcomes of class XI MIPA-3 students of SMAN 1 Mataram in the 2018/2019 academic year on the subject of reaction rate. The research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Data was collected by observation, tests, field notes, and documentation. The data obtained through observation were analyzed to see the achievement of the action indicators, while the data obtained through the tests were analyzed to see the achievement of the learning completeness indicator of the reaction rate. The results showed that the application of the Number Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model could improve learning outcomes in the matter of reaction rates. From the results of the first cycle of action obtained classical learning completeness of 63.9%, with an average value of 76.8. The results of the second cycle of action obtained classical learning mastery of 83.3%, with an average value of 85.2. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the NHT (Numbered Head Together) method can improve the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA-3 SMAN 1 Mataram ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 3 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 pada materi laju reaksi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Head Together). Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penilitian tindakan kelas. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi variabel tindakan dan variabel harapan. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi variabel tindakan dan variabel harapan. Variabel tindakan adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Head Together), sedangkan variabel harapan adalah meningkatnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA-3 SMAN 1 Mataram tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 pada materi laju reaksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi tahap (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dianalisis untuk melihat ketercapaian indikator tindakan, sedangkan data yang diperoleh melalui tes dianalisis untuk melihat ketercapaian indikator ketuntasan belajar laju reaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Number Heads Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi laju reaksi. Dari hasil tindakan siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 63,9%, dengan nilai rata-rata 76,8. Hasil tindakan siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal 83,3%, dengan nilai rata-rata 85,2. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Metode NHT (Numbered Head Together) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA-3 SMAN 1 Mataram
