Abstract

The system of training elementary school teachers for work in the constructive learning paradigm at the Siberian Federal University has significantly changed after the Applied Bachelor degree in Education was introduced. The article contains strategies of implementing e-Portfolio technology for training first year students: e-Portfolio allows academic teachers to carry out longitude research of competencies being developed in accordance with the federal Russian educational standards and encourages students' reflexive work. e-Portfolio is the learning tool supporting reflection and individual progress assessment to develop pedagogical competencies within the framework of professional training of elementary school teachers for work in the constructive learning model. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH Berlin Heidelberg.
