Debatiendo sobre el feminismo en México

Abstract

Debate feminista ha publicado más de 7,000 páginas de textos escritos por mujeres o sobre mujeres en sus trece años de vida. Los objetivos de la revista ser un puente entre el trabajo académico y el político y establecer un diálogo con el movimiento feminista. Se hace un recuento de los temas tratados por la revista, a partir de los números más solicitados. A partir de una pequeña encuesta con académicas y activistas se concluye que la revista se lee por su utilidad práctica y los artículos de mayor interés son los teóricos. Se agrega al final una breve historia de la revista Fem.Debate feminist has published more than 7,000 pages of texts written by women or about them, during its thirteen years of life. The aims of the journal are to be a bridge between scholarly and political work and to establish a dialogue with the feminist movement. An account of the topics addressed by the journal is presented, by making an account of the journal's best-selling numbers. Based on a small survey with academics and activists, the article concludes with the assertion that the readers value debate feminista for its practical usefulness and for its theoretical articles. To conclude there is a brief history of Fem. magazine.
