PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR DENGAN PENATAAN TEMPAT DUDUK PADA SISWA KELAS XI MIPA 1 SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022 DI SMA NEGERI 1 MAGETAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether learning with seating arrangement for students in class XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Magetan in the 2021/2022 academic year could improve student achievement. This research is a type of classroom action research with two rounds. Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementing activities, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Magetan in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The data obtained are in the form of test results, observation sheets for teaching and learning activities. From the analysis of student learning outcomes, it was found that the percentage of students' completeness increased from the initial ability to the first cycle, and from the first cycle to the second cycle, namely the initial state of 32.35% to 64.71% in the first cycle and to 82.35% in the first cycle. In cycle II, the success of the study was also marked by an increase in the average from the initial state of 73.88 to 78.15 at the end of the first cycle to 80.18 at the end of the second cycle. The conclusion of this study is that learning with seating arrangements can improve student achievement in class XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Magetan in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran dengan penataan tempat duduk pada siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Magetan tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas ( classroom action research) sebanyak dua putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rencana, pelaksanaan kegiatan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek  dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa  kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Magetan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.  Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari analis hasil belajar siswa didapatkan hasil bahwa persenatase ketuntasan siswa mengalami peningkatan dari kemampuan awal ke siklus I, dan dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu  keadaan awal sebesar 32,35 % menjadi 64,71% pada siklus I dan menjadi 82,35 % pada siklus II, keberhasilan penelitian juga ditandai oleh meningkatnya rerata dari keadaan awal 73,88 menjadi 78,15 pada akhir siklus I menjadi 80,18 pada akhir siklus II. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran dengan penataan tempat duduk dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Magetan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.
