Turkey is the 5 th and 6 th largest grapevines country in terms of area and grape production respectively. Regarding this rankings, Turkey is one of the most important countries with the greatest potential for viticulture through historical culture and experience, proper ecology and rich grapevine biodiversity. According to the FAO 2013 statistics, Turkey has a share of 1.5% with 700 million American dollars and is in the 15 th rank of grape and grape products trade which has an economic size of over 45.5 billion dollars in terms of main usage forms for grape. Potential of Turkish viticulture has only been used effectively for raisins from the main assessment forms of grape, whereas it is ineffective especially for table grapes and wine grapes. For this reason, there are problems and needs to be done from the beginning of production, for making rational choices , improving efficiency and productivity, adding value to fresh grape and relationship between food industries.
