Abstract

For trainees, school leavers, unemployed people or employed persons, entrepreneurship can be seen as an attractive alternative to counteract the reality of unemployment. It is also an opportunity for individuals to positively contribute to their environment given the social boundaries. But how to build this type of social and professional project ? This article tries to provide some answers to this question by highlighting the role of the environment and the features of personality as generators of an entrepreneurship preference, which leads to the creation of an entrepreneurial and professional project.
