Abstract

High-pressure resistivity measurements were performed on UCo 0.95Fe0.05Al single crystal. They indicate the fast suppression of the ferromagnetic order with a critical pressure of Pc = 2-3 GPa. The disappearance of the ferromagnetism is accompanied with the emergence of the non-Fermi liquid behavior, which persists at least up P = 3.6 GPa. © 2008 IOP Publishing Ltd.
