Abstract

This research objective is to analyze the changed management of the Thawalib Parabek Islamic Boarding School in the aspect of organizational culture. Research method is a qualitative approach and phenomenology methods. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data is analyzed by reducing, coding, categories and setting themes. The validity of the data is tested through triangulation. The results of this research illustrated that the management of organizational culture changes occurred at the Sumatra Islamic Boarding School Thawalib Parabek with regard to the culture of ‘taqwa, himmah, ahlul ilmi wal worship, wara ', amanah, lein, istiqamah and birrun’. This paper is a part of the dissertation.
