Abstract
A case of X-linked ocular albinsim is reported. Characteristic Masson-Fontana positive and Dopa positive giant melanin granules were found in keratinocytes, melanocytes and upper dermis. Ultrastructurally the macromelanosome was compared of a dense core and a less dense surrounding mantle.
