In the quantum context, metaphysical underdetermination with regard to particle individuality has been used to support a form of structural realism. This paper looks at related issues concerning the individuality of space-time points in the context of the 'hole argument'. It surveys recent and past discussions of these issues and concludes that a form of structuralism might be appropriate in this context as well.
