Abstract

the main excavation in the dunes of Emily Bay revelad a probalble house with some posts in place and adjacent paved area, which is marae radiocarbondateing 650-600 bp stone artifacts: primary used for adze manufacture preform basalt artefacts : process wood and plant materials sharp edge plant processing obsedian--we do not know how they use, also no core. 95, 96, 97分别在不同的地方 这个可能可以把遗物还原到原来的单位中就是CB95:01, CB95:02 shelltool 我觉得这个有可行性。至少他有宗教建筑,还有普通建筑,我们可以看在这些地方的活动有什么差别。而且还有其它的trench可能也有household 这个只能做他们在不同地方的活动。 因为95-96年都是比较小规模的发掘,感觉发掘到的是field而非家户。
