This paper studies the processes of school mathematical education management (profile classes) with synergistic effect based on the identification and research of "problem areas" of school mathematics by means of computer and mathematical modeling. The research concerns the tasks of students' mastering complex concepts and procedures in the context of the level organization and visual modeling in the process of identifying the essence of educational elements (surface area, functional dependencies, iterative processes, geometric shapes, etc.). Modern achievements in science (fractal geometry, the theory of coding, fuzzy sets and fuzzy-logic, nonlinear dynamics, etc.), as well as adaptation of the most important generalized structures to the existing state of school knowledge concerning the analysis and the essence of the emerging "problem area" of school mathematics, are actualized. Technological constructs and procedures, computational design of the nonlinear dynamics of synergistic effects are developed based on the concept of the foundation of personality experience, and dynamic invariants in the development of complex concepts are identified. The processes of integration of mathematical, information, natural science, and humanitarian knowledge in the course of teaching mathematics are actualized. The efficiency of mathematical education management processes with synergistic effect for the development of intellectual thinking operations and improvement of the quality of mathematics learning is shown.
