Abstract

Nowadays countries all around the world make use of the Internet, which is a declaration that human beings have entered the information age. As computers spread all over the world, people begin to break down software engineering in details with specified management organization for its specified characteristics. In order to satisfy the creativity of the computer industry as well as to provide more conditions for computer software engineering development, entrepreneurs of software all begin to find new ways to manage the related engineering by founding the strategy of talent development. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
